Custom Commissions
Due to the custom nature of our textile art pieces, returns are generally not accepted for commissioned works. Each piece is created specifically according to your specifications and preferences, making it unique to your order.
Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a custom commission, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests received before production begins may be eligible for a full refund. Once production has started, cancellation may result in a partial refund based on work completed.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. Return shipping costs for approved returns will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
